Two young, passionate and talented Indonesian chefs have one mutual goal: Introduce the Indonesian cuisine on a global scale and receive recognition for it.
By combining the knowledge, techniques and ideas of the three chefs, they want to present a different way of approaching the Indonesian cuisine through a European Food Tour using the available ingredients of each country.
The chefs will prepare each dish on a culinary level, but they will not change the traditional recipe. Each course will be carefully designed with an elegant, modern and exquisite twist keeping honour to the authenticity of the Indonesian cuisine.
