Chef Maxie Millian

Maxie Millian completed his diploma in Food Production Management at the Bandung Institute of Tourism in 2003. His specialty is European and Asian Modern.

His working experience ranges from the Al Mahara restaurant in Burj Al Arab (Dubai) to currently being executive chef at Teatro Gastroteque in Bali.
Won gold medal at Le Salon Culinaire International De Londres in 2012.
